Check-in in Winterberg via the locker (reception)

At our reception in Winterberg, our staff are not always physically present, but we are always available for questions or to help. You can easily check in digitally using the simple steps below.

Preparation for arrival

The reception has a front door with a digital lock. You open and close the lock with our Welcome.in app on your smartphone. More information about this app can be found in this FAQ.

You must first pair the app and the key:

1. Download and install the Welcome.in app (internet necessary) and allow permissions for Bluetooth and location access: 2. Open the Welcome.in app in the App Store (Apple) or open the Welcome.in app in the Google Play Store (Android)
3. Pair the digital key
4. Log in with your booking number and postal code and pair the key with your booking.

All fellow travelers can also use the app and front door key + locker key with the booking number and corresponding postal code. Note: To be able to use the digital key, you must have Bluetooth and your location turned on.

Front door with digital lock
You will find our reception above the clothing store "Bonita". To the left side of the store is the front door of the reception. You open the front door of the reception with your digital access key

1. Open the Welcome in app
2. Click on open/close door
3. Hold the phone near the sensor, the lock activates.
4. The door makes a sound and is unlocked for 5 seconds
5. Open the door by pushing the door open with some force

Removing the key from the locker
Via the stairs, you will reach the lockers containing the key to your accommodation. The number of your accommodation corresponds to the locker.

1. Open the Welcome in app
2. Click on open/close locker
3. Hold the phone near the locker, the lock activates
4. Click on open/close locker in the app, the door will open automatically
5. You will find the keys to your accommodation in the locker
