You will receive an email with all the information about your stay one week before arrival. If you book last minute, you will receive the information within a day. If you book through a tour operator, they will send you the information. This includes information about access to the accommodation, parking, garbage, extras and Wi-Fi login details. If you did not receive the check-in information, please check your Spam folder or call +31 118 236060.
You can pick up the key to your accommodation at our reception in Winterberg, Am Waltenberg 4. At some accommodations there is a key safe and at some accommodations you can check in with the owner.
