AVS Registration Form: registering guests

A guest list containing the details of the lead booker and co-travellers must be completed for bookings in Winterberg (Germany). After completing this form, you will receive a ‘digital guest card’ that you can also use for discounts in Winterberg and the Winterberg region.

Why do I have to complete it?

In the municipality of Winterberg we are obliged to register everyone digitally with the municipality of Winterberg and therefore need some additional details to complete the registration process. A separate link for this will be emailed to you shortly, as soon as we have registered your booking.

How does it work?

You can use the link to pass on the first name, surname and date of birth of everyone who will be staying in the accommodation and to register a digital guest card. This will be emailed to you as a PDF file the day before your arrival.
  • Click on the link in the email
  • Click on the open form button
  • Enter the name and address details + date of birth of the lead booker - the ‘Ausweisnummer’ field may be left empty -
  • Click on ‘Mitreisen hinzufügen’ (enter co-travellers)
  • Enter your email address and tick ‘Digitale Gästekarte’ to make sure you also receive your cards in digital form
  • Enter the same details for co-travellers and tick ‘Digital Gästekarte’ to make sure they also receive the cards in digital form. You can re-use your own email address for co-travellers without an email address
  • Check the details entered
  • A confirmation screen will appear.
  • You will receive an email containing a link to activate the ‘digital guest card’
  • The following confirmation screen will appear
  • The ‘digital guest card’ will be emailed to you as an attachment (PDF). You can open and display the digital guest card on your mobile phone
